3. ST (Straight Tip) Patch Cords

4. FC (Ferrule Connector) Patch Cords

FC patch cords are screw-on connectors with a metal sleeve, primarily used in single-mode networks and telecommunications. They are highly reliable, dust-resistant, and suitable for long-distance or high-precision applications, though installation is slightly more time-consuming compared to LC or SC connectors .
