Configuring a home optical module involves careful installation, network setup, and security configuration to ensure reliable fiber-optic connectivity.

Safety and Preparation

Before handling optical modules, observe safety precautions: optical modules emit laser radiation that can damage eyes, and the components are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Physical Installation
