  4. Current Flow: When an external circuit is connected, electrons flow through the load from the n-type side to the p-type side, generating direct current (DC) electricity .

A PV module is formed by connecting multiple solar cells in series and parallel configurations to achieve the desired voltage and current output . Series connections increase voltage, while parallel connections increase current. The module is encapsulated in protective materials and often mounted in panels for practical use.
